First things first, did you sign up for The Eat Clean Challenge Giveaway yet? There is still time. The drawing will be announced on Sunday-yes, Easter.

Next, my app story is finally up on InHue Magazine, so please show support and like it, tweet it, comment, etc. Now onto the post.

All this week I’ve been talking about food. How about a little fitness chat? I think it’s time.

I’m pretty good at doing strength training workouts that target my lower body during the week. I actually think I can notice the appearance of cellulite when I don’t. Does this happen to you or am I being delusional? It’s my upper body that gets ignored a lot, which is why the weekend can be a good time to spend a little extra time on my arms, shoulders and back.

A lot of people-when I say people, I really mean women-are fearful of working out their arms. I totally get it. But working out your upper body will keep it strong. It will also help fight the flab that seems to appear with age. Incorporate exercises that work the smaller muscles, which will help make limbs lean and defined. Don’t be afraid to experiment with weights. I use everything from 2 pound to 15 pound dumbbells, depending on the exercise. Resistance bands and using your own body can also work wonders.

Today I bring you three awesome arm videos I found on YouTube. The moves are simple, don’t take a lot of time, and can help build strength and give muscle definition. If you don’t have weights, grab some soup cans.

Let me know which vid is your favorite. Believe it or not, I find the one with Tracy Anderson (which doesn’t even use weights) to be the most challenging. And men, don’t be afraid to try it. I bet you’ll be sore tomorrow.
