I feel like my post have been very brief this week. I’ve been working insane hours and haven’t had a lot of time to do personal things online, let alone read and post to my blogs. On the bright side I’m hustling my ass to finish this blog’s makeover, so just hang in there with me. Maybe another week or so and I should be up and running. Then this sh!t will get real. My biggest hurdle has been figuring out my header. Do I want a photo header or just text? Sounds simple, but it’s not.
This weekend I intend to:
♥ Sleep
♥ Workout
♥ Go out!
♥ Juice the watermelon and honeydew my mom gave to me, plus the oranges and grapefruits I have.
So, the morning after a drunken night out I always want a veggie burger and fries. There’s a cafe near my house that makes the most amazing veggie burgers and I always tell myself I’m going to try to duplicate it. The thing is finding the right recipe.
Enter in YouTube, which is my mecca of recipes and workouts. This Vegan Falafel Slider is a perfect antidote for when you want “diner fare” without the guilt.
And of course, you can’t not workout this weekend. I’m thinking of doing this Jillian Michael’s workout.
