I’m a firm believer in old fashion cardio. Not only is it a must for cardiovascular health, but if you want to shed the weight you got to get moving. Running, biking, swimming-you know what I’m talking about.
But cardio isn’t enough if you want to get cut and stronger. Recently I’ve begun to add a HIIT style workout to my regular cardio routine. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) last around 20 minutes and involves a series of moves that are plyometric, resistant and cardiovascular. In plain English, for a minute you’ll do burpees, the next walking leg lifts followed by sumo squats. It’s hardcore and totally effective. Want to give it a shot?
